All employees, regardless of their position, must conduct themselves following our values, code of business conduct, policies, procedures, and the laws relating to bribery and corruption.

MPC encourages you to report a violation if you are aware of, suspect, or known, be it integrity concerns, bribery and corruption, or inappropriate conduct against MPC’s ethos and values. This channel is available to all MPC employees, business partners, and all third parties (vendors) who provide the services to MPC.

MPC adopts a non-retaliation policy, which is a cornerstone of the code. We don’t tolerate any form of retaliation, intimidation, or threat against any employee or external stakeholder (vendor, third-party) who reports a violation in good faith, assists or cooperates in the investigation process. Your confidentiality shall be preserved with utmost care and it will be disclosed to authorized personnel only when legitimately needed.
